Ruth Scina, our Program Manager on the Project Management Support Services contract at Glenn Research Center, received the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Exceptional Public Service Medal for Outstanding Service in Support of the Space Communications and Navigation Program.
This “prestigious NASA medal is awarded to any non-Government individual who was not a Government employee during the period in which the service was performed for sustained performance that embodies multiple contributions on NASA projects, programs, or initiatives.” The criteria for receiving this award “must include all of the following: Sustained performance has made a significant improvement to NASA deliverables, operations, or image; Employee’s record of achievements sets a benchmark for other non-Government contributors to follow; Substantial improvement to a NASA program that yielded high quality results or improvements; and, Impact and importance of the employee’s services have made a lasting impact on the success of the Agency.”
Summit Technologies & Solutions, Inc. was recently awarded a subcontract from QinetiQ North America, Inc. to provide IT Security and Network support on the Goddard Space Flight Center’s Environmental Test and Integration Services (ETIS) contract.
NASA Glenn Research Center has awarded the Project Management Support Services (PMSS) contract to Summit Technologies & Solutions, Inc. The Maximum Contract Value is $9,600,000.00 and includes a Two (2) Year Base and Three (3) one-year options.
